At the core of human existence is experience itself. Every moment of our existence occurs in experience and through experience. All epistomolgy and systems of knowledge are constructed first within the basket of experience. Therefore, it is only the study (and conscious leveraging) of experience that gives us the access to our reality at the foundational level.

At the center of GET INSTITUTE activities is Experience Organization Theory & Practice. By focusing first and foremost on lived experience, all aspects of what it is to be human are addressed in their naturally occurring context. The dangers of fragmenting the human experience into abstract "slices of reality" is lessened as the experiential ontology of the GET INSTITUTE seeks to keep the scope of investigations grounded in the totality of what actually occurs in life. The Experience Organization approach is foremost comprehensive, existential and ontological in orientation.
